Here a description of the data displayed in the Decaying Satellites page.
This table report all the currently decaying satellites taken from space-track. Each event is ordered and separated by date, from the most imminend to the least one
HA_LINK: The link to the satellitie's HA page, it shows more details about its orbit
DECAY_EPOCH:At the center in dark the predicted impact epoch from space-track. In grey the decay epoch ± WINDOW/2
WINDOW:Re-entry impact epoch uncertainty in minutes, as predicted from space-track. It should get lower and lower as the re-entry date is approaching
NEXT_REPORT:Approximatively time left to the next update for this satellite in hours. It could be: 72h, 48h, 24h, 12h, 6h, 2h, 0h when is 0h it means that is the last report
HIGH_INTEREST: It can be Y (yes) or N (no). If Y, some debris are expected to survive the re-entry
TRACK_IMAGE: Plot the satellite orbit track within the uncertainty WINDOW. It will also show the region of observability
Each bar in the plot is the satellitie's uncertainty WINDOW centered on its decay epoch, and the red line represent the instant of the next update. All the dates here are in UTC
